Dean Hole C of E Primary School is a very special place, not only to our staff, pupils and families, but also to the village residents. The school is unique in that we have rooms that were built in partnership between the Local Authority and the Parish Council to provide community spaces for village meetings and social gatherings outside of the school day.
The Village room, the Doug Rush room, the community servery and the school hall, provide the village with a venue for a wide variety of users including: Parish Council, Village Singers, Garden Society, History Society and Village Ventures. Our community spaces can be let for other private usage such as exercise classes and parties.
If you are interested in booking the school for a private letting, please get in touch with the school office:
COVID-19 Update for September 2020 - Following advice from the Local Authority, the governing body have taken the decision that for the first half term of the new academic year, the school will remain closed to our community partners and there will be no private lettings taking place. This is to minimise risk to our staff, pupils and their families, and community users. This will be reviewed during the first half term so a decision can be taken for the second half term.
